Descriptive Notes: Services focused on the following topics in order of date as seen above:

1. What is the Purpose of My Life?
2. Definition of Pentacost
3. Vision of Your life and Church
4. Having Childlike Faith (Lucy from Chronicals of Narnia series)
5. Blowing the Horn of Hope (Perspective of Prince Caspian in Narnia series)

Reflective Notes:

During these times, I often reflect about Pastor Randy's cognitive and emotional strengths as a leader. Not only does he comprehend and present the Bible, he does it in a way that is meant to connect with the common folk (Building on Relationships). In my opinion, Randy has found and has used the gift of being verbal. He is a top-notch story teller and is able to bring out emotion in himself and in his listeners. (I am curious how you mastered this art.) When I was a Principal, I was always concerned that I wouldn't be able to present enough passion to my teachers. As I learned, that wasn't a problem when it was a topic that I had invested much time and energy. Some more common components of Randy's presentations include his ability to work the crowd with his eyes and stance, tie back information to situations that people can relate to, and use visuals and graphics to further a point of the message. Randy, thanks for being a good example of a leader in the role of information provider.
