Conversation with Dr. / Pastor Randy Wieland took place at Judy's apartment on 5/7/08 from approx. 6:00 - 7:00. Total Hours of interaction = 1 hour
Dr. Wieland and I had a chance to touch base and mingle about professional and personal matters. Topics covered included alternative income streams, travel life, as well as a variety of other nonessential items.
In terms of leadership, Dr. Wieland and I discussed the ability to delegate certain parts of your job. In my opinion, a very important skill in leadership. We also discussed the home market and the ability to purchase homes in auction as a way of gaining money for the church. This area of money making to help support efforts in the church in innovative and I believe a process long in the making. I have yet to enter into this partnership, but if my wife and I continue to have stability in our jobs, we will eventually do so.
