Descriptive Notes: This service was offered by the Children's Ministry of CCC.
Pastor Randy was present and said a few things during the service, but mostly allowed the children to run the service. The church was decorated in Red/White/Blue and was seen as a festive environment.

Reflective Notes:

During these types of services, I believe that Randy knows that there are mixed feelings from his parishioners. Some feel that they always need to be fed by direct instruction, while others look forward to seeing what children can do on behalf of a particular ministry. I imagine that this is where Randy balances out the pros and cons and has to consider how to encourage and nurture enthusiasm among his paid and volunteer staff.
